On Sunday, February 28, 2021, Misonoza (Aichi) Performance Musical Gothic ”The Poe Clan” last performance will be live broadcasted to the movie theaters in Japan and Taiwan, and also online live streaming in Taiwan and Hong Kong.
Moto Hagio’s masterpiece “The Poe Clan”, which has been loved beyond the boundaries of shojo manga since it was serialized in “Betsucomi” in 1972, it will be performed as a Musical for the first time in three years.
This is a fantasy story centered on Edgar, the main character who became a clan of vampires who lives in eternal time as a boy, and Alain, a lonely young boy who became a clan of vampires by him and follows a strange fate.
This is the first musical performance for Rio Asumi after leaving the Takarazuka Revue, who will challenge the role of Edgar for the first time in three years. Also, it is the first musical play for Yudai Chiba, who will challenge the role of Alan.
The popular musical last performance will be live broadcasted in real-time!

◆Musical Gothic ”The Poe Clan” STORY
Brother and sister, Edgar (Rio Asumi) and Mary Bell (Airi Kisaki), abandoned in the forest, are picked up and raised by the old Hannah (Mayo Suzukaze) who lives in a house in a countryside in England. The old Hannah Poe’s family was a family of “Vampanella” who lived in eternal time. When surrounded by villagers who have discovered their true identity, Poe (Shoichi Fukui), the elder who leads Poe’s family, forcibly adds Edgar to his companion in order to save the crisis of survival. In this way, Edgar will live a long time with Baron Portsnell (Ryosei Konishi) and his wife Sheila (Nene Yumesaki) as adoptive parents, in addition to his sister Mary Bell.
Time goes by and they appear in the emerging port city of Blackpool. The Baron and Sheila plan to join Jean Clifford (Hashinosuke Nakamura), a doctor who opens a clinic in the port town. There, Edgar had a fateful encounter with Alain (Yudai Chiba), the tracer of the Twilight family, the most famous family in the town.

英格蘭的一個鄉村，被遺棄在森林深處的一對年幼的兄妹―艾多加（明日海りおRio Asumi）和梅麗貝露（綺咲愛里Airi Kisaki），被居住在大屋裡的老漢娜（涼風真世Mayo Suzukaze）發現並收養。老漢娜一家是長生不老的“吸血鬼一族”。當被發現了自己真實身份的村民包圍時，領導波族的大老波（福井晶一Shoichi Fukui）強迫艾多加加入他為同伴，以拯救大家的生存危機。這樣，艾多加也將妹妹梅麗貝露加入波族，與作為養父母的波特尼爾男爵（小西遼生Ryosei Konishi）和他的妻子席拉（夢咲ねねNene Yumesaki）一起生活了很長一段時間。
時間流逝，這四人出現在新興的港口―黑潭。男爵和席拉計劃把在港口城鎮開設診所的醫生約翰‧克利福德（中村橋之助Hashinosuke Nakamura）加入波族。在那裡，艾多加與鎮上最有名的家族―特華萊德家的繼承人亞朗（千葉雄大Yudai Chiba）展開了一場宿命的相遇。

2021年2月28日（日），Misonoza（愛知縣）公演的歌德音樂劇『波族傳奇』大千秋樂，將於日本、台灣的戲院舉行現場直播，以及決定於台灣、香港舉行網上直播。
自1972年開始連載於「別冊少女COMIC」後，這部『波族傳奇』是萩尾望都（Moto Hagio）的傑作，它超越少女漫畫的領域，受到了廣泛讀者層的愛戴。相隔３年，本音樂劇再次以此傑作搬上舞台。
故事圍繞著永遠保持著少年的姿態長生不老的吸血鬼一族艾多加（Edgar），和因為他而成為了吸血鬼一族、總被奇怪的命運纏繞上的孤獨美少年亞朗（Alain）。這是明日海りお（Rio Asumi）離開寶塚歌劇團後，首次的音樂劇演出，也是三年來再次演繹艾多加的角色。另外，在此作品中首次踏上音樂劇舞台的千葉雄大（Yudai Chiba）將扮演艾倫（Alan）的角色。
