The film is based on the final leg of their world tour, which was the largest of their career!
BABYMETAL held their largest scale world tour “BABYMETAL WORLD TOUR 2023 – 2024” from 2023 to 2024. A live film of the “BABYMETAL WORLD TOUR 2023 – 2024 TOUR FINAL IN JAPAN LEGEND – 43” will be released in theaters in 2024 under the title “BABYMETAL LEGEND – 43 THE MOVIE”.

In addition to BABYMETAL’s first 5.1ch surround sound version, the Dolby Atmos® version offers realistic and multifaceted 3D sound, and the Dolby Cinema® version provides a “superb cinema experience” with cutting-edge visual technology, 3D sound, and outstanding theater design. The film will be released in three formats, allowing viewers to enjoy it with an overwhelming sense of presence and immersion.
The final stop on the world tour, Okinawa―
In April 2023, SU-METAL (Vocal, Dance), MOAMETAL (Scream, Dance), and MOMOMETAL (Scream, Dance) will enter a new stage as the newly born BABYMETAL. Since then, they have embarked on their largest world tour, “BABYMETAL WORLD TOUR 2023 – 2024,” which took them to 25 countries, including Japan. The headline tour, excluding festivals and guest acts, drew a cumulative audience of more than 280,000 people for a total of 98 performances. The final chapter of the world tour, the first Okinawa performance “TOUR FINAL IN JAPAN LEGEND – 43”, has been fully filmed. The film is BABYMETAL’s first live film that allows viewers to experience all of the diverse music, unique worldview, production that only a tour final can offer, and the overwhelming performance of BABYMETAL, which has evolved even further during their world tour.
