Japanese rock star HYDE’s concert performance from “HYDE Orchestra Tour 2026 JEKYLL” at Tokyo Garden Theater will be broadcast live in cinemas on HYDE’s birthday – January 29, 2026. HYDE will share this special day with fans in theaters across Japan and via live stream worldwide.
In 2025, HYDE completed the “HYDE [INSIDE] LIVE 2025 WORLD TOUR,” a world tour spanning 17 cities across 10 countries, including Japan. Without a moment’s rest, he will embark on an orchestra tour featuring his new album JEKYLL, scheduled for release next spring. The tour kicks off with a performance at the Kenshin Koriyama Cultural Center on January 17 and will visit 12 cities throughout Japan for a total of 15 shows.
HYDE, who has focused on dynamic, energetic expressions in recent years, shifts to a more introspective, quiet mode in 2026. His new single “THE ABYSS”, released on his birthday, January 29, is a ballad that feels like peering into an abyss, woven from a grand orchestra and HYDE’s romantic vocals.
This performance, marking his first orchestra tour in five years, strongly reflects HYDE’s desire for audiences to savor the delicate nuances of both song and performance.
